#ResetRomania is a Romanian Think Tank for social and inter-personal relations studies. I am currently developing a theory of memetics that will enable formal modeling of subjective behavior. A memetician (for lack of a better word) is a new type of polymath who specializes in "memetic translation" or "conceptual translation". The focus of the memetician is not the preservation of information from one substrate to another (language or other) but the preservation of the meaning (memes) from a form of narrative to another (see "The Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell for this meaning of "translator") .
Based on preliminary results we are developing a new approach to interpersonal behavior in simple or complex organizations or social systems. Our goal is to go beyond current negotiation, training and coaching methods that are focused on balancing 2D aspects of an issue and obtaining unity or equilibrium (conflict resolutions, decision making etc). We are now testing our preliminary models using a 3D+ (multidimensional and dynamic approach we call synergetics) with an NGO towards the Romanian elections in 2019-2020. The goal behind synergetics is to develop a predictable method of obtaining synergy not just peace or unity. We call this ideology "synergism". I believe that synergism will revolutionize the way we interact in society from small organizations to grand scale politics.
